Gary Mitchell

After training as an RAF Aircraft Electrician with a focus on control systems, power generation and distribution, Gary saw varied Service on different aircraft types, in different locations throughout Europe. He resigned from the RAF to pursue a career in Teaching. However, after qualifying, Gary joined BAE Systems in Saudi Arabia, to train Royal Saudi Air Force Aircraft Technicians. As the Subject Matter Specialist for Aircraft Electrical systems, Gary developed and created training courses and their associated training materials in addition to leading classroom and practical training.

Having gained much experience in teaching in TEFL environments, Gary joined the TQ Pearson management team in Buraydah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as the Head of Academic Studies, on the Colleges of Excellence program. Later, he joined Wintec Saudi Arabia as the Head of Vocational Training across a 3-college group, on the same Colleges of Excellence program.

Upon returning to UK, Gary returned to his roots in Engineering, working for Logistex ltd in Warehouse Automation Engineering, before joining Electrical safety UK.
