Safa Ali

Safa originally joined the company straight from school in 2017 taking a business administration traineeship through an employability course with the local college. Following this 4-month introduction, the board of ESUK felt that Safa would add significant value to the company and so offered an apprenticeship in business administration. We also saw significant leadership skills that meant that she would one day be running her own business.

Safa was promoted to Business Support Coordinator with responsibilities to both the Training and Consultancy Departments. Safa regularly identifies routes for improvement of processes embracing the company’s ISO Quality procedures, ensuring complete compliance throughout all activities.

In August 2023, Safa was promoted to Junior Project Manager where she assists the Project Manager and Consultancy Team in identifying resources, assigning responsibilities, and managing day-to-day operational aspects of the projects.
